What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns or exchanges on all items within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns page and follow the instructions.

Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or an error on our part, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

For orders within the Peninsula, shipping is free and will be delivered within 24-48 business hours.

Do you have different sizes of glasses?

Currently, our glasses are only available in one standard size. You can check the measurements for each pair of glasses in the product details section.

What material are the glasses made of?

We strive to make our glasses with the best possible materials. The vast majority of frames are made of acetate, and the lenses are made of TAC. If you have any further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do the glasses have UV protection?

Yes, all our glasses have UV400 protection, which means they block 100% of UVA/UVB rays and are approved by the European Union.

Our sunglasses meet the following quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008 and Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.

How do I know if the glasses will fit me?

We include detailed measurements and real-life photos for each model to help you choose. And if you're not satisfied, you can return them without any problem.

How should I care for my glasses?

We recommend cleaning your glasses with a soft cloth like the one provided with the product and using the case also provided to transport them.

It is advisable not to leave the glasses upside down or drag them on hard surfaces to avoid scratching the lenses.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free domestic shipping and returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

3. QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Paypal, Shopify, and Apple Pay.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information very seriously. All transactions are processed securely, and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your data.

My payment has been rejected

The three most common reasons why a payment is being rejected by our payment system are as follows:

  • Insufficient funds. Make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to make the purchase.
  • The credit card was not issued in the country you are currently located in. Make sure the credit card you are using is issued in the same country where you are making the purchase.
  • Your bank is blocking the online payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure the payment isn't being blocked.

My discount code doesn't work

The discounts we offer are only valid for orders placed on our official website.

If you requested a discount code during checkout but it wasn't applied, please check that the code was valid when you made your purchase. If you applied a valid code but it wasn't applied, please contact us.

4. WARRANTY AND REPAIR

Do you offer a guarantee?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our glasses.

This warranty will be valid once you contact our customer service team, providing documents and information about the defective product along with proof of purchase.

GoodassKids reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the required documents are not submitted or if the information provided is incomplete.

What does the warranty cover?

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. This means it does not cover the following:

  • Defects and damage due to normal use.
  • Defects and damage due to improper use or lack of care, such as scratches on lenses, bumps, crushing, dents, or broken lenses.
  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster.

I received a defective product

If you have received a defective product, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can offer you a solution as soon as possible.

You can expedite the process by providing order information and photos of the defective product.
