You can return a product for FREE within 14 DAYS of receiving it. Shipping costs will be charged after the second exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition, free of signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent them from being resold as new. The original packaging, tags, and any accessories that were part of the product must also be included.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT

Products purchased at a discount can be exchanged for variants of the same product, other products of the same value, or a Gift Card equivalent to the amount paid.

REFUND POLICIES

Refunds are processed once the returned merchandise has been received and verified according to the Terms and Conditions listed on this page.

If the refund is issued to the same payment method, the process is immediate. For other methods, it may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
